Tammie's Heavenly Décor was founded by Tamara T. Folson, in February of 2004. THD started out just doing decorations and light catering for small church, non-profit organizations, and community events. Due to an over abundance of request we have  added more services and products, including party planning, and gift baskets. A major addition to THD is our children/teen party planning services. We will do everything from booking the venue to making the most unique party favors for you child.

About the Founder of THD

Tamara T. Folson began her passion for planning and design after in 2004 when she enrolled into school for culinary arts. After receiving an Associates Degree  in Culinary Arts/Culinary Management, she began on her journey. Today, as a mother of two she realizes the lack of Affordable party planning in the Tri-County area. It is her goal to provide quality services at a low cost!
